EMOM Strength Box

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Box Jumps (30/24)
  • Even minutes: 5 Deadlifts (225/155)

Instructions: Perform 5 box jumps on the odd minutes and 5 deadlifts on the even minutes for a total of 20 minutes. Choose a challenging weight for the deadlifts that allows you to maintain good form throughout the EMOM.
