AMRAP Strength Box

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Box Jumps
  • 10 Push Press (dumbbells or barbell)
  • 15 Air Squats
  • 20 Russian Twists

Equipment:
- Box
- Dumbbells or barbell


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of the prescribed movements. Focus on proper form and technique, especially when jumping onto the box. Adjust the weight of the dumbbells or barbell as needed to challenge yourself while maintaining good form.
