Tabata Strength Wall Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    • Wall Ball
    • Push Press

Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible in 20 seconds for each movement, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Alternate between Wall Ball and Push Press for 8 rounds each.
- Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the entire Tabata workout.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements.
