Tabata Weightlifting Box

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
- Alternate between:
- Box Jumps
- Power Snatches


Equipment:
- Box
- Barbell


Barbell Weight: 135/95 lbs


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds total (4 rounds of each movement). Keep track of total reps for each movement.
