Tabata Skill BenchTabata:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of Bench Press
- 10 seconds of rest

Skill Focus:
- Focus on maintaining proper form and technique throughout each round of bench press. Try to increase weight slightly each round to challenge yourself.
Instructions:
- Set up a bench with a challenging weight for the bench press.
- Perform 8 rounds of Tabata, alternating 20 seconds of bench press with 10 seconds of rest.
- Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout each round, pushing yourself to increase weight if possible.
- Rest 1-2 minutes between each Tabata round.
- Record total number of reps completed for each round and try to maintain or increase reps as the workout progresses.
