Tabata Strength RopeTabata Style:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- 1 minute rest between movements
Movements:
- Rope Climbs
- Front Squats
Instructions:
- For the Rope Climbs, aim to complete as many reps as possible in the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round.
- For the Front Squats, use a challenging weight and focus on proper form throughout the 20 seconds of work.
- Rest 1 minute between switching movements.
- Score is total reps completed for each movement.
