Tabata Strength Rope

Tabata Style:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
  • 1 minute rest between movements

Movements:


  1. Rope Climbs
  2. Front Squats

Instructions:


  • For the Rope Climbs, aim to complete as many reps as possible in the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round.
  • For the Front Squats, use a challenging weight and focus on proper form throughout the 20 seconds of work.
  • Rest 1 minute between switching movements.
  • Score is total reps completed for each movement.
