EMOM Strength Bench

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 5 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 10 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)

Instructions:
- Perform 5 Bench Presses every minute on the minute for 20 minutes, then immediately move to 10 Box Jumps.
- Choose a weight for the Bench Press that challenges you but allows you to complete all reps with good form.
- Scale the height of the Box Jumps as needed to maintain speed and intensity throughout the workout.
