Tabata Skill DumbbellTabata:
- Dumbbell Snatch (alternating arms)
- Dumbbell Thrusters
- Dumbbell Renegade Rows
- Dumbbell Lunges
Skill Focus: Focus on maintaining proper form and technique throughout each movement, especially as fatigue sets in during the Tabata intervals.
Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) per movement. Rest 1 minute between movements. Choose a challenging weight for the dumbbell that allows you to complete each interval with good form. This workout will test your strength, stamina, and mental toughness.
