  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
  • Barbell Thrusters
  • Barbell Bent Over Rows
  • Barbell Power Snatches
  • Barbell Deadlifts

Barbell Weight: Choose a weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the Tabata intervals.
Instructions: Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Score is total reps completed across all movements.
