Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds SkiErg
    • 10 seconds rest

Strength Portion:


  • 5 rounds for max reps:
    • 10 Back Squats (#185 / #135)
    • 10 Push Press (#135 / #95)

Instructions:
- Complete the Tabata SkiErg intervals first for a total of 8 rounds.
- Rest 2-3 minutes before moving on to the Strength Portion.
- Choose a weight for the Back Squats and Push Press that allows you to complete the 5 rounds with good form and challenging effort.
- Score is total meters on the SkiErg and total reps for the Back Squats and Push Press combined.
