EMOM Strength Box

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 3 Back Squats at 80% of 1RM
  • Even minutes: 10 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)

Instructions:
- Perform 3 Back Squats at 80% of your 1-rep max on the odd minutes.
- On the even minutes, complete 10 box jumps to a challenging height.
- Focus on maintaining good form and explosiveness throughout the workout.
- Adjust the weight and box height as needed to match your fitness level.
- Rest for the remainder of each minute after completing the prescribed work.
