AMRAP Strength Assault Bike

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 15 Assault Bike Calories
- 10 Deadlifts (#225/155)
- 15 Handstand Push-ups


Instructions:
- The goal is to accumulate as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes.
- Scale the weight of the deadlifts and modify the handstand push-ups as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
