AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 500m Row
  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (70/53 lbs)

Notes:
- Choose a weight for the deadlifts that allows you to complete all reps unbroken for the first few rounds.
- Push the pace on the rower, but maintain good form to conserve energy for the other movements.
- Scale the box height and kettlebell weight as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
