AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 5 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 10 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 15 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
- Choose a weight for the deadlifts that allows for unbroken sets.
- Scale box jump height and wall ball weight as needed.
- Focus on maintaining a steady pace and pushing yourself throughout the entire workout.
