AMRAP in 20 Minutes:


  • 10 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
  • 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (70/53 lbs)

Notes:
- Choose a weight for the Bench Press that allows you to complete each set unbroken.
- Focus on explosive power for the Box Jumps and maintain a strong hip hinge for the Kettlebell Swings.
- Scale the weight and height of the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the 20 minutes.
