EMOM Strength Wall BallEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
- Even minutes: 5 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
Instructions:
Complete 10 wall balls at the start of each odd minute, then perform 5 deadlifts at the start of each even minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the workout.
