EMOM Strength Wall Ball

Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 5 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs) + 5 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
- Even Minutes: 5 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs) + 5 Front Squats (135/95 lbs)


Instructions:
- This EMOM workout combines strength and stamina by alternating between wall balls and barbell movements every minute.
- Choose a weight for the power cleans and front squats that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Focus on hitting each set unbroken and maintaining a consistent pace throughout the 20 minutes.
