  • Odd Minutes: 5 Bench Press at 75% of 1RM
  • Even Minutes: 10 Box Jumps (24/20")

- Choose a weight for the bench press that challenges you but allows you to complete each set unbroken.
- Focus on explosive power during the box jumps to maximize the strength component of this workout.
