Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Deadlifts (#275 / #185)
  • Even minutes: 10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (#50 / #35)

Instructions:
Perform 5 deadlifts on the odd minutes and 10 alternating dumbbell snatches on the even minutes. The weight should be challenging but manageable, aiming to maintain good form throughout the workout. Rest the remainder of each minute before starting the next set.
