EMOM Strength Kettlebell

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Kettlebell Swings + 5 Goblet Squats
  • Even minutes: 5 Kettlebell Deadlifts + 5 Kettlebell Presses

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
Focus: The odd minutes focus on lower body strength and power, while the even minutes target upper body strength and stability.
Note: Rest the remainder of each minute after completing the prescribed reps before starting the next set.
