EMOM Strength DumbbellEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 5 Dumbbell Deadlifts + 5 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans
- Even minutes: 5 Dumbbell Front Squats + 5 Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead
Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete the reps with good form.
Focus: Maintain good technique and try to increase weight as the rounds progress.
Note: This workout will challenge both your strength and stamina with the combination of strength movements and high intensity intervals.
