EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Back Squats at 80% of 1 rep max
  • Even minutes: 10 Box Jumps

Equipment: Barbell, Box
Notes: Choose a weight that challenges you for the back squats. Rest the remainder of the minute after completing the reps. Keep a steady pace on the box jumps to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
