EMOM Weightlifting Bench

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 5 Bench Press at 75% of 1RM
  • Even Minutes: 7 Deadlifts at 70% of 1RM

Equipment:
- Bench
- Barbell


Notes:
This EMOM workout will focus on building strength with the Bench Press and Deadlifts. Make sure to choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Rest as needed between sets to ensure proper recovery.
