EMOM Weightlifting Bench

Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 5 Bench Press at 75% of 1RM
  • Even Minutes: 5 Deadlifts at 80% of 1RM

Equipment:
- Bench
- Barbell


Instructions:
Choose a weight for the bench press and deadlift that challenges you but allows you to complete the reps with good form. Rest as needed between sets, but aim to complete each set within the minute.
