EMOM Gymnastics Slam BallEMOM x 20:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Even Minutes: 15 Slam Balls (30/20 lbs)
Instructions: Perform 10 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each odd minute, then complete 15 Slam Balls at the start of each even minute. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Adjust the weight of the Slam Ball as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
