Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes:


  • 1 Power Clean
  • 1 Front Squat
  • 1 Squat Clean

Barbell: #185 / #125
Instructions: Start each minute with 3 single repetitions, alternating between the Power Clean, Front Squat, and Squat Clean. Rest the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Focus on technique and maintaining good form throughout the workout.
