EMOM Strength Wall BallEMOM for 20 minutes:
- 5 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
- 5 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
Instructions:
Every minute on the minute, complete 5 wall ball shots followed by 5 deadlifts. The focus of this workout is to build strength and stamina by maintaining a consistent pace throughout the 20-minute EMOM. Adjust the weight of the wall ball and deadlifts as needed to challenge yourself while maintaining proper form.
