EMOM Strength Kettlebell

Every Minute on the Minute for 15 minutes:


  • 5 Kettlebell Swings
  • 5 Goblet Squats
  • 5 Single-arm Kettlebell Press (each arm)

Kettlebell Weight: Men: 24kg, Women: 16kg
Instructions: Perform the prescribed movements at the start of each minute and rest for the remainder of the minute. Focus on maintaining good form and intensity throughout the EMOM.
