EMOM Strength Bench

EMOM for 15 minutes:
- 5 Bench Press
- 10 Box Jumps


Equipment:
- Bench
- Box


Instructions:
Perform 5 bench press reps at a challenging weight followed by 10 box jumps each minute on the minute for 15 minutes. Adjust the weight on the bench press as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Focus on explosive power for the box jumps.
