AMRAP Strength Wall Ball

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 10 Wall Balls
- 8 Deadlifts (#225/#155)
- 6 Handstand Push-ups


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 wall balls, 8 deadlifts, and 6 handstand push-ups. Scale the weight of the deadlifts and modify the handstand push-ups as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Try to keep a steady pace and focus on your breathing to maximize your rounds.
