For Time:


  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches (Each Arm)
  • 20 Kettlebell Clean and Jerks
  • 10 Turkish Get-Ups

Kettlebell Weight: 24/16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Perform the movements in order, completing all reps of each exercise before moving on to the next. Use proper form to prevent injury and scale the weight as needed to maintain good technique.
