  • 50 Wall Balls
  • 40 Deadlifts
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 20 Power Cleans
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Medicine Ball: 20/14 lbs
Barbell: 135/95 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Start with the wall balls and work your way through the movements in order. Push yourself to complete each exercise before moving on to the next.
