Chipper Strength Slam Ball

For Time:
- 50 Slam Balls
- 40 Box Jumps
- 30 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Handstand Push-ups
- 10 Deadlifts


Equipment: Slam Ball, Box


Instructions:
Complete each movement before moving on to the next. Choose a challenging weight for the deadlifts that allows you to complete all 10 reps unbroken. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity. Time cap: 20 minutes.
