EMOM Strength RopeEMOM for 12 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 5 Rope Climbs
- Even minutes: 5 Deadlifts (#225 / #155)
Instructions:
Perform 5 rope climbs at the beginning of each odd minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. On the even minutes, complete 5 deadlifts at the prescribed weight. Repeat for a total of 12 minutes. Adjust the weight on the deadlifts as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
