- Wall Ball (#20 for men, #14 for women)
- Barbell (#185 for men, #125 for women)
- Box (24" for men, 20" for women)
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 wall balls, 10 deadlifts, and 10 box jumps. Make sure to maintain good form throughout the workout, especially when fatigued. Adjust the weights as needed to ensure proper technique.
