Bench Weight: Bodyweight / 75% Bodyweight
Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Instructions: Perform the prescribed number of bench press reps followed by 10 burpees. Repeat this decreasing ladder until you finish with 1 bench press and 10 burpees. Choose a challenging weight for the bench press that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
