AMRAP Skill Bench

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Bench Press
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps

Equipment:
- Bench
- Box


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 Bench Press, 15 Toes-to-Bar, and 20 Box Jumps. Choose a weight for the Bench Press that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Scale the Toes-to-Bar to Hanging Knee Raises if needed. Jump onto a box height that challenges you but allows for safe and efficient movement. Push yourself to keep moving and maintain a consistent pace throughout the workout.
