- 15 Assault Bike Calories
- 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
- 15 Handstand Push-ups
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. Choose a weight for the deadlifts that allows for unbroken sets early on. Scale the handstand push-ups as needed to maintain consistent movement throughout the workout. And push hard on the assault bike to challenge both strength and stamina.
