AMRAP Strength BenchAMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 10 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
- 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lbs)
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, alternating between the bench press, box jumps, and kettlebell swings. Choose a weight for the bench press that challenges you but allows you to complete each set unbroken. The box jumps should be performed with full extension at the top of the box. The kettlebell swings should be performed with a powerful hip hinge movement. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
