EMOM Strength Box

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 5 Back Squats at 70% of 1RM
- Even minutes: 10 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)


Instructions: Start each minute with the Back Squats, then immediately move to the Box Jumps for the even minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Adjust the weight of the Back Squats as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
