Rounds-for-Time Skill Bench

For Time:


  • 21-15-9
    • Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
    • Toes-to-Bar
  • 800 Meter Run

Equipment:
- Bench
- Pull-up bar


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Start with 21 reps of bench press and toes-to-bar, then move on to 15 reps of each, and finally finish with 9 reps of each. Once completed, immediately go for an 800 meter run. Keep a steady pace throughout to maintain both strength and stamina.
