Chipper Strength Slam Ball

For Time:


  • 50 Slam Balls
  • 40 Walking Lunges with Slam Ball Overhead
  • 30 Slam Ball Sit-Ups
  • 20 Slam Ball Squats
  • 10 Slam Ball Burpees

Slam Ball Weight: 20/15 lbs
Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Instructions: Perform each movement in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next. The Slam Ball should be carried or held however you choose during the walking lunges. Be sure to maintain proper form throughout each movement to prevent injury.
