AMRAP Skill Bench

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Bench Press
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps

Equipment:
- Bench
- Box


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Choose a weight for the bench press that allows you to complete 10 reps unbroken for at least the first few rounds. Scale toes-to-bar to knee raises or hanging knee tucks as needed. Adjust box height as necessary for box jumps. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
