  • 50 Double Unders
  • 40 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Dumbbell Box Step Overs
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
