AMRAP Strength Rope

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 5 Rope Climbs
  • 10 Deadlifts (#225 / #155)
  • 15 Box Jumps

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Scale the weight and height of the box jumps as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace to balance strength and endurance throughout the duration of the AMRAP.
