Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the prescribed reps. The workout combines wall ball shots for endurance with barbell movements for strength. Choose a challenging weight that allows you to keep moving with good form. Focus on breathing and pacing yourself throughout the workout.
