EMOM Skill Bench

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 5 Bench Press at 70% of 1RM
  • Even Minutes: 10 Box Jumps

Equipment:
- Bench
- Box


Instructions:
Perform 5 Bench Press reps every odd minute at 70% of your 1-rep max. Then, immediately do 10 Box Jumps on the even minutes. Repeat this cycle for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the weight accordingly to maintain form and intensity throughout the workout.
