Rounds-for-Time Strength Wall Ball

For Time:


  • 20 Wall Balls
  • 15 Wall Balls
  • 10 Wall Balls
  • 5 Wall Balls

Strength Portion:
- 5x5 Back Squats (increasing weight each set)


Time Cap: 15 Minutes


Instructions: Start with the set of 20 wall balls, then move on to the set of 15, and so on until you finish the set of 5. After completing the wall balls, proceed to the strength portion and perform 5 sets of 5 back squats, increasing the weight each set. The time cap for the entire workout is 15 minutes.
