EMOM Strength Wall Ball

EMOM for 20 Minutes:


  • Minute 1: 8 Wall Balls
  • Minute 2: 5 Deadlifts (#225 / #155)

Instructions:
Perform 8 wall balls at the start of each minute, then complete 5 deadlifts before the minute is up. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes.


Notes:
Choose a challenging weight for the deadlifts that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and focus on maintaining proper technique.
