  • Odd minutes: 10 Slam Balls (30/20 lbs)
  • Even minutes: 5 Power Snatches (135/95 lbs)

- Choose a weight for the Power Snatches that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Focus on explosive power for both the Slam Balls and Power Snatches.
